If you’re a fan of The Doors, you won’t want to miss Live At The Matrix, 1967 – a two-disc collection of the band playing a small gig in San Francisco just weeks before their Light My Fire single took off. This addition to the band’s live canon contains two club shows witnessed by few but bootlegged by many. Restored and carefully mastered from first-generation tapes acquired by Elektra Records and The Doors 40 years ago, the album features cover art by legendary San Francisco artist Stanley Mouse and is released via Rhino/Bright Midnight Archives on November 17.
