Little Angels are to have their 1989 debut album, Don’t Prey For Me, reissued by Lemon Recordings on November 12.
Former Little Angels guitarist Bruce John Dickinson has contacted Classic Rock to pay tribute to the band’s ex-drummer Michael Lee, who recently died of a seizure at the age of 39. Along with former band-mates vocalist Toby Jepson, bassist Mark Plunkett and keyboard player Jim Dickinson, the guitarist was among more than 150 mourners at Lee’s funeral at Darlington Crematorium.
Classic Rock is sad to report the death of Michael Lee, the drummer that first found fame with Little Angels, before playing with such artists as Robert Plant, Page & Plant, Thin Lizzy, Ian Gillan, Lenny Kravitz, The Quireboys and The Cult. Lee was just 39 years old.
