One-time Mott The Hoople guitarist Luther Grosvenor – also known as Ariel Bender – has blamed tour promoters for billing his solo concerts under the Mott name. Grosvenor also says he is hopeful of being asked to participate in Mott’s forthcoming 40th anniversary reunion gigs at London’s Hammersmith Apollo in October.
