Win Firefest 2011 Tickets
This year’s Firefest looks set to be the most successful yet – and you could be there by entering our unique competition.
Classic Rock Presents AOR has two pairs of weekend tickets to Firefest 2011 to give away.
To enter, tell us the names of last year’s Saturday and Sunday night headline acts.
Simply email your answers to: email@example.com
Competition closing date: July 5. Standard Future Publishing T&Cs apply.
Tickets for the 2011 Firefest, which takes place in Nottingham from October 21-23, have proven so popular that its Friday night warm-up, held traditionally at Trent Polytechnic, has been upgraded to Rock City, where the remainder of the show also takes place.
Previously purchased tickets remain valid for the Friday show, which adds Serpentine to its bill of Jimi Jamison, Terry Brock and Houston. Friday night tickets, priced £25, are still available from www.thefirefest.com
Saturday is headlined by Warrant, with support from Steve Augeri, Strangeways performing Walk In The Fire in its entirety, Jeff Paris, Silent Rage, Vega and Talon.
Twenty-four hours later, Firefest attendees will witness Unruly Child’s first performance in 20 years – the band’s only show anywhere in the world in 2011.
Joining them are Coney Hatch, Mitch Malloy, Kane Roberts, Alien, White Widdow and Far Cry.
Pre-booked Saturday and Sunday tickets cost £55 per night (once again, these are available from the Firefest website). If still available, admission on each of the final two days of the show will be priced at £60.
Steve Augeri, Mitch Malloy and Strangeways all hope to have new albums on sale at Firefest No.8.
Classic Rock Presents AOR will have a big presence at Firefest. See you there!
