Waters And Gilmour Play Together

Roger Waters and David Gilmour performed together on stage last night (July 11) for charity.
The former Pink Floyd pair played at an event in Kidlington, Oxfordshire to raise more for the HOPING Foundation – which stands for Hope And Optimism for Palestinians In the Next Generation.
Joined by bassist Guy Pratt, guitarist Chester Kamen, keyboard players Harry Waters and Jonjo Grisdale, and drummer Andy Newmark, they did three Pink Floyd songs: Wish You Were Here, Comfortably Numb and Another Brick In The Wall (Part Two). They also did a cover of The Teddy Bears’ To Know Him Is To Love Him.
It’s the first time Waters and Gilmour have appeared on stage together since Live8 in July 2005.
WTF, is there a blue moon in the sky tonight?
I would love to see these two work together/tour again.
Has Hell truly frozen over? And Pigs really do fly…….
Now everyone will needlessly get their hopes up…
wow thats very suprising looks like the the ‘thin’ ice has finally melted – roll on a new pink floyd record in 2011!

i think it would only happed a gain for charity
but if there is any posssibility of another floyd reccord then i hope it comes to frutition
maybe gilmore will join waters on stage next year when he plays his wall tour??

gilmour will never work with walters again im sorry to say too much water under the bridge, we might get a one off show if we’re lucky but i can’t see dave doing it roger would love to im sure but he made life to hard for everyone in the past,

I hope that GILMOUR and WATERS work together again, in a last PINK FLOYD album….
they can work with the music of RICHARD WRIGHT,…
the music that WRIGHT write for his third album….
…..and they join NICK MASON too….
And later they can do a last GIG to TRIBUTE to Mr.
RICHARD WRIGHT,…and they can play his music…
like REMEMBER A DAY, SUMMER 68, etc…
It will be FANTASTIC…..a new VIDEO TOGETHER…
I hope that DAVE and ROGER work together with the last music from RICHARD WRIGHT…
and do a last PINK FLOYD album,with N. MASON too
and a last GIG like TRIBUTE to RICHARD WRIGHT…
playing his beautiful music … and a new VIDEO CONCERT.
