There’s been a couple of rumors that VH might play it in 2011. Hope to god they do. Nothing official, only a rumor that’s been going around.

This is typical of Van Halen its all about the money. How they dare to release albums world wide and only tour the US is insulting. I love the music and always have, I still have a clear memory of hearing them for the first time back in 1978 and liked the music ever since but there attitude has got to change.
over 120 million albums sold world wide more than Kiss and Van Halen have sold each and yet Bon Jovi still tour UK and Europe they don’t consider themselves to good for us. Its all attitude and money for some bands and frankly screw the fans

I think they need to remember why they were in this game in the first place. if they were anything like me at my age, they were in a rock and roll band for the fucking music. getting kicks from people enjoying YOUR music. wheather its 20 kids in a small gig, or millions of fans worldwide. If i were ever in their shoes one day (who knows?) and I had millions of Hard rock fans, I would love them and make sure they ALL got to see me and my band! at least once. not for the money, cause theres only so much money a man needs, the rest is just showing off.. but for the simple reason that I was once in their shoes!

I wish that classic rock would take a harder line on this issue ! It is scandalous that for years rock fans here in europe have bought the discs , waited in the cold and rain to get tickets once every 20 years or so to see the likes of van halen , aerosmith , kiss and many many more . Let me take you back to 1982 , st. francis xaviour hall in dublin , an 18yr old and his mates tracked down from what was hell in belfast at the time , with the illusion and excitment of a zz top gig , waited outside the hall all day with the hope of maybe meeting them , only to be told by the roadies that , zz top wouldn´t be back again in a hurry to ireland to play in front of 1200 people when , then could pack out stadiums in the states ! Fuck them all , were deserve better , i rest my case !

i’ve seen van halen (with sammy) and i’ve seen diamond dave,but to see the current line up would be great…but i bet we get chichen foot(hagar,anthony,satriani and smith,what a line up)earlier

So if it’s all about money, how come Aerosmith played Sweden Rock in 2007 which is only a 35,000 capacity festival.
