Sister Sin are a female-fronted, old-school metal band from Gothenburg, Sweden. And they provide the latest Track Of The Day. Check out all the Tracks Of The Day.

The band were started in 2003 by vocalist Liv, guitarist Jimmy and drummer Dave.

Blending influences from Motley Crue, W.A.S.P., Motorhead, Girlschool and The Dictators, they released debut album Dance Of The Wicked in 2003. This was followed five years later by Switchblade Serenade, which did well enough in America for the band to do two tours there, with the likes of Motorhead, Otep and Ill Nino.

Now comes new album True Sound Of The Underground, released on July 26 by Victory/Metal Heaven (with the line-up completed by bassist Benton).

“Our band  is not doing some kind of retro, retread bullshit!” insists Liv. “This is a serious testament to the raucous spirit of true heavy metal. We’re here to raise some hell… get into it!”

Now you can download the song Outrage (which is the first single in America) for free here.
