Top Names To Perform For ITV Legends
Some of the top names in prog and 60s rock are to play a series of shows at Metropolis Studios in West London, under the banner of ITV Legends.
Each of the shows will be filmed by ITV, and there will only 140 tickets per gig. Not only does everyone there get to see the concert (surprise, surprise), but also meets the band after the performance, and has photos taken with them. In addition, you’ll get your name on the DVD, which is to be commercially released (as well as getting a free copy), plus access to all digital photos taken on stage and offstage during the evening.
Right, here’s a list of the confirmed acts:
Oct. 9: The Zombies
Nov. 27: Rick Wakeman
Dec. 3: The Manfreds
Dec. 4: John Lees’ Barclay James Harvest
Dec. 11: Georgie Fame & The Blue Flames
Dec. 18: Van Der Graaf Generator

I think, with the exception of VDGG, I’ll give that a swerve
At £175 a ticket who will be going?
The tickets for this are £175 per person per date.
Still, with only 140 people in the audience you should get a good view.
Most of these bands wouldn’t play to 140 people on ANY night these days. And lets face it, 175 quid to get yer fizog on the TV is a bit steep.
For some reason they pulled out of Canterbury Fayre but even so £175 is too expensive and it would seem to be a contradiction of what Caravan were originally associated with.
Funny how little some people know.
John Lees Barclay James Harvest have played concerts recently to many multiples of the 140 you state Big Chill. Maybe time for you to do some real research my man!!
Bill Nelson has been confirmed!!!
….Have just booked my Bill Nelson ticket!!
