Gary Cherone would probably be the over all best. Has good pipes. Good stage presence. Some hits already…and stint with Van Halen is a major curiousity…If he joins it will be a smash because of the swirl of all the bands to be discussed. THE FACT THAT HE’S IN A WHO COVER BAND!

well…when i heard the devestating news of the vr split, my first thought of a replacement for weiland was John Corabi (the guy who sang on the motley crue self titled album when vince went bye bye).

don’t know if he’s got a job these days, and i think he’s voice is killer and it would kinda be in the same vein of what vr are doing…

Just ” got ” the new Metallica release…fans old & new are going to lose their minds when they hear what the boys from San Fran have done this time!!!

Death Magnetic is simply the boys going back to their roots…Master, Lightning, Kill ‘em All, Justice & Black and a wee bit of St. Anger for the real kick in the balls metal edge!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better release…kicks supreme ass!!!

Off the get-go…Perry Farrell, Robert Plant & Royston Langdon will not ever front VR !!!
The 3 that come to my mind would be Cornell, Corabi & yes , even Bach.
My personal fav would be that crazy Canadian from Buckcherry, Josh Todd. That S.O.B. could rock anything he sings….could turn Kum-bi-ya into Creeping Death!!! lol
With any luck, whoever the boys from VR pick, it’ll be for the better of metal & rock music…Slash obviously doesn’t fxxk around!
Keep rock alive & kick rap and hip-hop in the balls already!!

VR will be back and better than when Weiland was fronting them….don’t get me wrong, when VR first came out I thought they stomped a mudhole in the asses of the critics. So, to all the VR fans worldwide, keep your pants on and go get the new Metallica album…trust me!!

its doubtfull that izzy stradlin or axl rose would be a frontman for the band, personally i think chris cornell would be the best guy for the frontman role but wether he will or not is a different story……..
