The Who have surprised everyone by revealing the set list for their performance at Super Bowl XLIV.
Pete Townshend told Billboard:
“We’re kinda doing a mashup of stuff. A bit of Baba O’Riley, a bit of Pinball Wizard, a bit of the close of Tommy, a bit of Who Are You and a bit of Won’t Get Fooled Again. It works — it’s quite a saga.”
The Who will play during the half-time interval at this major sporting event, in Miami on February 7.

All the songs from the CSI TV shows!!!
Still worth a Sky Plus
Surprised who exactly (no pun intended). All these are played at every gig and so basically they are going to be playing their biggest songs which all half time Superbowl guests do.
Its only 15 minutes of time so it would have to be a mashup so maybe the headline should be The Who play safe with set list.
Super bowl, Super bowl!
You stolen ma soul!
February were waiting,
And now has come.
And think of attending,
Much games not some.
Miami under lights
Will offer more delights.
I already got ma tix from Ticketwood.com and waiting impatiently for the games
Alan-the surrise isn’t the setlist but the fact that they revealed it. Most bands are really secretive about what they’ll be playing when they do the superbowl.
I remember Bruce saying he had a gag order that prevented him from revealing his set.
