Unfortunately, the only options to order the issue online is UK or Europe. (And they won’t accept US addresses… I tried.)
How about a way for those of us in the US to order it?
I wish you and your staff all the very best with Classic Rock Presents…. Prog. This is just great news for ever progheart out there, and look forward to seeing it on the magazine shelves downunder.

I only gave options for Europe and the UK, is this available in the U.S.?
Thanks
I´ve been waiting for this to happen. Good luck!
Not been able to pick up a copy yet – my local newsagent (which stocks Classic Rock) hasn’t got it in stock. Will have to try Smiffs at the weekend.
Congratulations on your new magazine. Can we get it in Canada ??
I also want to mention that there is a great Australian prog band called Unitopia. Please listen to their music at http://www.myspace.com/unitopiaband. And if it’s possible to add the band to your band list on the site, it would be most appreciated.
I made the request to be your friend on both myspace and facebook.
Hope Canada prog fans will be able to order your magazine.
Thanks

I have my copy of (the appallingly named) Classic Rock Presents Prog and it has brought a tear to my eye! what a fantastic mag! You have no idea how long I have waited for a publication just like this. God bless you Classic Rock, god bless you every one!
If you live in U.S. forget it,not available. It is as bad as trying to get a copy of Progression Magazine.
I just found a copy, no problem. There are lots of stores in NYC that sell lots of European fashion and photography magazines, etc. and they seem to be stocking this, as they do the regular Classic Rock magazine.
What I’d like to know is why it says #8 on the spine. Is it “special issue” number 8 or something?
I really want to get this magazine and have looked around about 10 stores over the past month in Coventry. None have it. I was trying to get it online at
http://www.myfavouritemagazines.co.uk/store/displayitem.asp?sid=421&id=29145&custid=24@03@200934218@022523767
only to find that they had sold out. I subscribe to the monthly Classic Rock magazine and I’m dissappointed these magazines have sold out already.
Is there any way my favourite magazines could have some more in stock or I could order a copy direct? I’d really like to grab a copy.
Hi to all of you!
No problem to find a copy in Athens, Greece! You have sent me thirty plus years in the past… And how nice a past! Now, I have to vote for my favourite prog albums …
Thanks for this.
Mike
I wont be buying the 2nd issue,as I think £7.99 is far to much for this mag. Most of it was just fillers…10 pages dedicated to Genesis album covers,a Neil Peart interview from 88.There just isnt enough new stuff to fill this mag.Once a year would be enough.

it now says Sorry, this item is no longer available
still love to get a copy
love the fact that there is now a mag devoted to the vast category that is ‘prog’. Not a bad stab at a first issue but would like to hear alot more about some of the following: sleepytime gorilla museum, mew, oceansize to name but a few.
Also like to see some stuff about the history of the genre and stuff about bands like Amon Duul II, early Renaissance.
Was a bit underwhelmed by most of the stuff on CD but loved Godsticks, even if they are a bit jazzy for me.
Loving issue #2! Especially Haken and some of the other great music on the CD. Looking forward to seeing something about the East Coast scene: Secret Chiefs 3, Estradasphere, Nils Flykdahl and co… if you don’t publish something soon then I’ll have to write the piece for you! Finding it great to discover new bands through the mag but some of the features are a bit shallow and delve into the more obvious bands and musicians associated with the genre. I think most of us Prog-lovers by our very nature appreciate the obscure and oft ignored and to this end it would be great to see you cover in depth the likes of Caravan, Egg, et al. We understand that you need to appeal to the masses to a certain extent in order to survive but you don’t really have any direct competition so please satiate our desire for the arcane and intricate entities that coalesce to form this majestic beast we refer to as Progressive Rock. ©
I looked & asked everywhere in Brisbane… finally my daughter found a copy in Sydney & posted it. I’m savoring every article about my childhood heroes & can’t wait for the next issue.
More Dream Theater pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaase!
Thank you for making Classic Rock magazine, and the new quarterly Prog issues available at our Chapters/Indigo newsstand right here in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada! It’s always excellent, and usually sells out, so I make it a point to pop into the store every Thursday when the UK rock mags first get put out. The UK, by far, makes the best rock music mags. Also worthy, Mojo, Uncut and Record Collector. All the best, Daryl B.
