The Antiquiet website is always good for a scoop or two, and they’ve uncovered the following:
A photo of a promotional poster (below) displaying a release date and what appears to be the cover for Them Crooked Vultures’ album. The album looks to be titled Never Deserved The Future, with an on-sale date of October 23, 2009.
As Classic Rock reported yesterday, Them Crooked Vultures have announced what will likely be their debut public performance, at a Lollapalooza after-party at the Metro in Chicago, this Sunday at midnight.

Josh Homme and Dave Grohl are two of “rock’s” most odious men, in Nirvana Grohl railed against overblown rock stars, their ego’s and their excesses, but as soon as Kurt had had enough and ended his misery he soon changed his tune and came out with the Foo Fighters, one of the all time most blatently corporate, soul-less “rock” bands ever to cash in on the fame he and his band-mates hated so very much. As for Josh Homme that guy is just a 24 carat plonker, complaining that he should’nt be playing as he is ill (before every gig!), threatening a 14 year old boy on stage, he had his heavies drag onstage from the crowd to show off his hardman act. Supergroups are ALWAYS crap!
