Small Faces To Reissue Classic Albums
The Small Faces are to have two of their iconic albums reissued in remastered deluxe editions over the next couple of months.
The influential 1960s band were inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame – along with The Faces – on April 14.
These reissues of albums which originally came out through the Immediate label kick off on April 30, with a limited-edition vinyl version of 1968’s Ogdens’ Nut Gone Flake.
And on June 11, a three-CD version of this album will be available. This will have the mono stereo mixes of the album, plus a CD of previously unreleased rarities and alternate takes.
On May 17, the band’s self-titled album 1967 album will be put out as a two-CD rigid digibook edition, with 17 bonus tracks, as well as the mono stereo mixes.
In addition, there will be seven-inch picture discs of the singles Itchycoo Park and Tin Soldier put out on April 21, which is Record Store Day.
You can pre-order copies of the albums now at www.thesmallfaces.co.uk
