Hey there! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any issues with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing several weeks of hard work due to no backup. Do you have any methods to protect against hackers?

I can relate- I ate less when I was 25 lbs heavier than I do now not only in volume but I think in calories as well. It definitely is related to the quality of the food! Also, I have way more energy after a pile of veggies/fruits/good proteins than I do even after a little bit of junk. Amazing how the body really knows and appreciated good, healthy food.
