The Rolling Stones are the biggest touring act of the decade.According to figures just released by Billboard, the ‘greatest rock and roll band in the world’ played 264 shows over the past 10 years, raking in an astonishing $869.5 million – that’ll keep Keith Richards in Rizla papers for a while!
Other big draws include Bruce Springsteen (403 shows, $688 million), Bon Jovi (249 shows, $419.5 million), The Eagles (240 shows, $347.5 million), Aerosmith (320 shows, $292 million), Metallica (187 shows, $227.5 million) and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra (728 shows, $203.5 million).
