It’s all publicity for the band, and who cares if blackmore is not in the band as long as they come to birmingham to play a gig.
Us younger fans have never seen Rainbow live. Dio still plays a few Rainbow tracks but these are the usual Man on the Silver Mountain, long live rock n roll.
It would be interesting to hear other lesser known tracks.
There’s always the tribute band Rainbow Rising, they are good.

Surely the fact that they are called ‘Over The Rainbow’ and not Rainbow is enough to show that Ritchie isn’t in the band.
