Pixies Announce Tour Dates and Hint At New Material

To celebrate the release of their landmark album ‘Doolittle’, the band are embarking on a European tour in October including a four night stint at London’s Brixton Academy.
The band will play the album in it’s entirety complete with associated b-sides at each gig. The album includes lauded Pixies tracks such as ‘Debaser’, ‘Wave Of Mutilation’ and ‘Hey’.

The Pixies recently released a box set of their previous material called ‘Minotaur.’
The band are still considering making a conventional album but felt pressure to make anything they recorded great, so as not to disappoint their fans.
But no dates anywhere other than London, Glasgow and Dublin is a much greater disappointment than no new material. They could at least do Manchester.
