Peter Gabriel will not be attending the Rock And Roll Hall Fame induction of Genesis.
The iconic singer has now confirmed that, due to rehearsals for his own tour, he won’t now be in New York on March 15 when the band are inducted. This now ends any lingering hope that Genesis would reunite with Gabriel at the ceremony.

Instead of getting onstage for a whole paltry song and giving pleasure to so many in tribute of something truly special, he’s ‘rehearsing’ for a few shows playing probably banal songs with an orchestra instead of a band.
