Ozzy Osbourne might be coming to a screen near you soon – as plans are in hand for a movie based on his autobiography I Am Ozzy.
Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy’s wife/manager, told People magazine: “Next year I want to work on a movie for Ozzy. He’s had offers for his book. That lady from An Education (Carey Mulligan) could play me — she’s fabulous!”
Johnny Depp has been mentioned as a possible to play Ozzy himself. Who do YOU think should play Ozzy – or Sharon? Post your comments!

The story is about Ozzy – which is why it comes from Sharon who says that SHE wants to work on a movie about him – she isn’t quoted here as suggesting anyone to play Ozzy (her vehicle to fame) only herself.
My suggestions are Dot Cotton to play Sharon (about the same age and presumably what Sharon would look like without plastic surgery) and John Culshaw for Ozzy. Hopefully the story will be truthful and lead to a prosecution by the RSPCA.
Hasnt John Culshaw played him. They did an advert….although I dunno, but he is brilliant playing Ozzy.
Jack Black! Depp is a good actor in his own way but he is a fag and wouldn’t do justice to Ozzy…
