How about this for a title? “I SOLD MY SOUL FOR SHARONS HOLE”.Kinda catchy i thought!!
The Blizzard of Ozz band’s first gig was in Glasgow.The last time Ozzy played Glasgow was “95 at the Barrowlands.A magic show with the sublime Joe Holmes on six string duties but still coming up for nearly 15 years ago!!!!!!!!Totally inexcuseable!!!!!I know he was scheduled to play the SECC up until the quad bike incident,but he has never returned.He claims his fanbase didnt like the title of the new album.Heres some other things his fanbase dont like.We have been peddled utter pish and compilations for too long!!91’s magnificent No More Tears should have been his swansong and if not then,then at least after the last decent abum he did,2001’s Down To Earth.Simple greed has set in from either him or Sharon or both of them.Black Rain struggled to reach gold status in his niche american market so looks like even they have had enough.It is with anger and distaste that i read that once more the Randy Rhoads legacy is to be plundered once more to make him and the wife a fast buck!!What a horrible,disgraceful end to the career of a once great man!!!

in reply to text from dave allshouse-lets not forget at one point he was being prescribed the wrong medication,which would explain the almost zombie state of oz,in the tv show.i actualley went to the book signing in oxford street recently,and must say he looks pretty well at the moment.i say lets give him a chance to give us one last shit hot album..

the annoying and sad fact is,that ozzy can still be a big name and relevant to music today,he just needs some decent songs.still one of my fave oz tracks is mama im coming home,from the no more tears album,and was surprised that it was co-written by lemmy.dont ask me why i was surprised,lemmy’s a great songwriter,just at that time,not expect to hear a track like that from him.apparently,lemmy also wrote some tracks for the black rain album,but they were not used.come on sharon,get the cheque book out,and give lemmy a call again and use his songs..ps-did you know lemmy wrote four songs for the no more tears album,and made more money from them than 15 years with motorhead!,incredible.

OZZY I used to love you with Sabbath and with your very first solo albums. Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Motorhead you are the bands who got me started man. Now take this from a huge fan: Either stop, or if you really want to go on take some fucking initiative man, for Gods sake!

i think the album title is the least of his problems,ozzy hasn’t really given us a decent album since ozzmosis back in about ‘95,so to do an album now without zakk wylde is a big risk.still, a dvd featureing randy rhodes is a welcome consolation
