wow...saw the remnants of this band when they were known as Red on Red...guitarist was a blues god playin Stevie Ray Vaughn's "Scuttlebuttin" and Ted Duggan could nail a groove better than anyone. The man made me realise that there was more to drumming than just playing notes. Wish them all the best

So pleased to see this article I was given the task of trying to reach Malcom Dome by Chevy bass player Bob Poole.Having been a reader of Classic Rock magazine since issue 1 of course I knew he was a regular writer for the mag and so reached him and he very quickly replied to me and I managed to get them in contact with each other.I consider myself lucky to be their photographer for the show where I will also be writing a review( I write reviews and send in photos to both the getreadytorockwebsite and The Classic rock Society Magazine as well as local press ).I also was very lucky and was invited to see the band rehearse ( sounded fantastic ) and photograpth them in the studio.
Being a Leamington lad really looking forward to the show and any lovers of classic rock will have a great night if they make it to The Spa Centre for the gig.

Good news. I bought 'The Taker' back in 1980 on the strength of seeing the band supporting Hawkwind at Wolverhampton Civic Hall.

Hope they do an extended tour.
