Everything your parents ever warned you about: Eric Moore of The Godz
There’s a tribute CD project in the works to honour veteran US rockers The Godz – and the organisers are keen to include tracks from British and European bands.
Rock legend Eric Moore started The Godz in 1976 in Columbus, Ohio and has remained the constant driving force behind the band ever since – with a little help from legions of fans the world over known as ‘machines’.
Rock’n'roll is expected to be the dominant feature of the CD, but FnA Records – the Madison, Tennessee label whose roster includes The Godz, Dirty Looks, Black N’ Blue and others – is accepting submissions for consideration from both unsigned and major artists representing all musical genres including rock, metal, country, bluegrass, jazz, orchestral, rap, et cetera.
Artists wishing to participate in the Eric Moore and The Godz tribute CD can contact Godz management for further instructions either by email, telephone, or US Mail.
