Nikki Sixx Publishes New Book
Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx is to have a new book published on March 22.
Called This Is Gonna Hurt, it gives us a glimpse into his mind, and gives further info and details on his life and the incidents which have shaped him.
Says Sixx: “I’ve always had an eye for the oddities in life. Even as a kid I saw the world in my own way and thought most things that were different were beautiful and magical. Even things that other people thought were horrifying and disgusting and weird. . . . People say I have a distorted lens. I think I see things as they really are. I want to take you on the journey I am on, in real time. If you don’t deal with your demons, they will deal with you, and it’s gonna hurt”.
This is the follow-up to the big selling The Heroin Diaries.

Maybe the follow up could be called “Up my own arse”.

The third in the series will be called I’m Interesting, Me, Honest.

Let’s face it, it was hardly gonna be The Nikki Sixx Learn-To-Play-Bass Book was it? Or is that what his band shout at him every night onstage?
I wish that when I was off my face I could’ve found my diary and written a detailed account of what I was up to……
Nikki is honest and straightforward. His personal recovery, in my opinion, is his greatest success and he appears to be truly enjoying his life. I admire nikki for his approach to life and wish him the best.
