Michael Monroe To Release Live Album
Michael Monroe will release a live album on September 27.
To be titled Another Night In The Sun, it was recorded at the Tavasta Club in Helsinki during a private gig earlier this month. It’ll features songs from across Monroe’s career, plus new tracks You’re Next and Motorheaded For A Fall.
Blabbermouth report that the singer says of the album: “The audience was mainly people from our fan club and street teams, plus some friends we invited. The set list was basically songs from my solo albums, the Demolition 23 album, some old Hanoi Rocks and some of our favourite cover songs, as well as a couple of our new, previously unreleased songs. It’s a very raw, ‘rough and ready-or-not’ kind of live recording that I’m sure the fans will be pleased to have”.

Damn, I was hoping to have their new studio album in October. Didn’t think we’d have to wait til next year now. Oh well, the live dates were fantastic, so a couple of new songs are better than none.
