I respect Gene Simmons speaking his mind, especially since Michael Jackson’s rabid fans immediately commit character assassination to anyone who dares suggest Michael may not have been the new messiah.

But I am going to pose a question. Is anyone on this site aware that extortion is a federal crime, in America? Had the Chandlers truly been extortionists, they would have found themselves in criminal court, facing charges. Especially with somebody like Michael and his legal team. I seriously doubt Michael would have wanted to settle with them to avoid prosecution.

Because I know somebody on the inside and have read all available legal documents, I already know the truth about Michael Jackson. But I still like his music; he was just mortal like the rest of us. He wasn’t sent here by God to be like Jesus, so I wish the lunatic fans would shut up and get on with their lives. Their lives can’t be that empty and boring. Or are they?

Obviously the media didn’t make a big hype about the boy admitting that he lied…maybe you guys should look that up cause he fessed up. Of course he settled out of court he didn’t want to ruin his name and it ended up happening anyway. Micheal helped those families and in return then screwed him. Read “The Michael Jackson Conspiracy” by Aphrodite Jones. She was actually in the court during the trial and speak of what the media didn’t mention. This all got blown out of proportion because the media condemed him even before a verdict!! And the book proves he was out righ framed.

Opinions are one thing, outright lies that will hurt three children undoubtedly struggling to cope with the death of their father – are another.

If Mr Simmons had any decency he would apologize for his remarks. They were utterly baseless and in light of Batten’s statements – clearly indefensible.

I won’t hold my breath for an apology though, that takes real courage and integrity – and Simmons possesss neither.

Michael Jackson died 9 months ago, I have yet to hear from any of his ‘victims’. Also, Jordan Chandler was asked to testify by the D.A. Tom Sneddon at the 2005 and he REFUSED TO TESTIFY, and he left the U.S. so he would not have to testify. On Nov. 4, 2009 Evan Chandler blew his brains out. He is the one who extorted the $$ from MJ. Evan Chandler was also estranged from his son Jordan for years, I have also read that Jordan didn’t even go to his dad’s funeral. So where are the victims, why aren’t they talking???

We are in the U.S.A.! Everyone has a right to their opinions! Because of this, Mr. Simmons can speak his opinion, and Mr. Jackson lived his life the way he saw fit! Mr. Jackson may have been acquited in that trial, but why did he pay millions to another accuser? Only God knows, and He is the ultimate judge!! No one will get away with anything! R.I.P.

According to Jennifer Batten, Simmons is a liar, he made up the story to tarnish Michael’s reputation because he was fired a WEEK BEFORE Michael started the tours.
