The third annual Hard Rock Hell festival – set to take place this coming December – will have a distinct femme-rockin’ flavour. Among the latest batch of just-confirmed bands are a reformed Rock Goddess.

Here’s HRH supremo Jon Davis with the details:

“I couldn’t do HRH III without asking back my mates Girlschool. They rocked HRH I, their new album [Legacy] has done them proud and they can’t wait to get back to HRH III.

“Another blast from HRH I who’s just finishing her new album in Barbados is Ms Lauren Harris. Her new material is fantastic.

“From the vaults we heard recently that Rock Goddess were thinking of reforming and, with a swift offer from HRH, they did just that and are now going to flick their chunky riffs your way.

“Lastly, new to the block are Hydrogyn [fronted by Julie Westlake]. Have a listen to this lot, they rock hard!”

Tickets for Hard Rock Hell III are selling fast. VIP packages are completely sold out, but you can still get Silver and Gold packages for this year’s red-hot event.

HRH III takes place at Pontins, Prestatyn, North Wales, from December 4 to 8.

lets face facts here – lauren harris is very attractive and she has an amazingly famous and brilliant dad, BUT she has a below average voice and absolutely no songs! if it wasnt for Dads name would she be playing anywhere other than her local pub?
