Hendrix’s Last Recordings To Be Released

There’s a new Jimi Hendrix record on the way, featuring tracks recorded during his last ever studio sessions.

The album’s to be titled Valleys Of Neptune and, apart from the title track itself, this will also have covers of Cream’s Sunshine Of Your Love and Elmore’s James’ Bleeding Heart, plus re-recordings of the songs Stone Free, Fire and Red House, which were originally on the Are You Experienced album.

Other songs to be featured include Lullaby For The Summer, Crying Blue Rain, Ships Passing Through The Night and Mr Bad Love.

In all, there are to be 12 songs featured on Valleys Of Neptune, which is released on March 9.
