Geoff Tate is to launch a white wine next year.
Yes, that’s right. The Queensryche frontman is teaming up with the Three Rivers Winery for a white wine blend called Insania, to be introduced with a special tasting session in Snoqualmie, Washington in February. And, that’s isn’t a euphemism for a right old booze-up. There again…
The white wine comes hot (or chilled) on the heels of the Insania red wine, which has now sold out.
So, what’s the new plonk like? For the connoisseusra mong you, it’s described as, ‘A classic blend of Sauvignon Blanc (78%) and Semllion (22%) that will be available early next year for an anticipated price of $25 per bottle’.
