Hammett’s House Up For Sale

Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett has put his mansion in San Francisco up for sale – and he only wants $9 million.
Blabbermouth reports that the Pacific Heights property has eight bedrooms and an equal number of bathrooms. There’s also a studio, billiard room. Oh, and a bar.
Hammett bought this in 1993 for just over $2.5 million. He tried to sell it for $12.5 million four years ago, but there were no takers.
