‘Guitar Hero’ Supports Aerosmith
There’s hope for all budding bedroom rock stars, even if you’ve never picked up a six string.
When Paul Cataldo Jr. steps out on stage in front of 17,000 Aerosmith fans with nothing but a plastic guitar to open for them in New York he’ll be showing it can still be done.
Cataldo is the winner of the a competition for fans of the band to submit the best video of themselves playing one of the band’s songs on YouTube. One winner from each city will open for the band on their current tour of the US.
Having been a fan of the band from the age of 12 Cataldo’s obviously very excited to win. He told New York Daily News: “They’re going to have to drag me off that stage!”
Best get practicing the button bashing and have your velvet jackets at the ready for the next time Aerosmith make it over to the UK – just in case.
