It WAS a brilliant night. Matlock looked really happy to be there, Rusty Egan has clearly found the fountain of youth (and shared it with Viv Albertine). Midge still has a great voice. I wish Steve New all the best. As TV Smith announced at the start of the night ‘It’s ok to wallow in nostalgia – so long as you don’t drown in it’.

I am excited about a Rich Kids reunion because it will without doubt still look and sound great. Nothing like like the reformed Sex Pistols whom were ruined by John ‘Rotten’ Lydon’s half-arsed “I’m only here for the money” hybrid Larry The Lamb meets Dama Edna Everage vocal style.
