Wow. Not only Ginger delivers some of the best music EVER with The Wildhearts (and his solo work, btw), but he also brought back my interest in Trail of Dead. I loved Madonna and Source Tags and Codes, but somehow never got in touch with these guys' later work. Already listening to So Divided, and lovin' it.

Thanks, dude!

I really love this series! It's like the online equivalent of finding a new friend with great musical taste and spending an evening going through their record collection over a few beers.

This guy Ginger is a true artist. How the f@ck anyone can consistently deliver passionate music prolificly is just incredible. Great choice here and yet another display of the eclectic musical interest that influences Ginger and his various projects.

The best thing CR have produced in a long time -
Ginger writing for them.

Aaaah. Trail of Dead and The Wildhearts. My two favourite bands together finally on a webpage (excluding my facebook profile). Thanks Ginger. I love how tracks like Richter Scale Madness and Totally Natural can nestle comfortably beside Life and Halcyon Days. And the riff to Ascending (Century of Self) is not too unlike The WHs, yeah?
