Former Guns N' Roses Manager Sues Aussie Musicians

Former Guns N’ Roses and great White manager Alan Niven is suing two ex-members of Aussie band The Angels.

Niven (who managed GNR during the Appetite For Destruction period and into the early 1990s) is taking legal action against guitar-playing brothers John and Richard Brewster, citing infringement of copyright, breach of contract, violation of moral rights, plus the return of  a Gibson 335 and an American Fender Stratocaster with a maple neck.

Niven  alleges that the Brewster brothers have been performing and selling songs he wrote, claiming them to be their property. This all stems from an agreement made 10 years ago whereby Niven, who briefly managed The Angels (also known as Angel City) at the end of the 1980s, would supply the pair with songs ‘on spec’.

@james… he’s their former manager, can’t you read?

The Angels/ Angel City every true hard rock fan will know one of the best bands of the late 70’s early 80’s.
