Ex-Skid Row Drummer Sues Old Bandmates

Trouble in the Skid Row camp. One-time dummer Phil Varone is suing guitarist Dave Sabo (who is no longer with the band) and bassist Rachel Bolan (the latter under his real name of James Southworth).
Varone alleges that the pair are spreading malicious lies about him and also stopping him from associating himself with the name Skid Row.
Among the rumours, Sabo and Bolan are claimed to have started the gossip that the drummer slept with the Sabo’s wife and is a cocaine addict. Varone says he will vigorously contest the allegations.
In case you’re wondering, Varone was a member of Skid Row from 1999-2002, and again in 2004. Hardly their glory years!

Is this the same Phil Varone who made the Wake Up Dead dvd showcasing his snorting in front of the camera non stop? Just get the Judge to watch that and make his mind up !!
