Ellefson To Mustaine: ‘Let’s Respect One Another’

David Ellefson isn’t looking forward to reading former bandmate Dave Mustaine’s upcoming autobiography, Hello Me… This Is The Real Me.
Talking to Classic Rock, the one-time Megadeth bassist said: “I’m not sure I really want to read what he has to say. I doubt he’ll send me a copy anyway!”
Ellefson is disappointed that Mustaine, with whom he worked from 1983 to 2002, still seems to bear a grudge against him, and other former members of the band.
“I just hope that one day we can get past this, and that peace will reign. We should all be proud of what Megadeth achieved, and have respect for what each of us brought to the band.”
