Eddie’s Bar Shuts Down

Eddie’s Bar, owned by Iron Maiden bassist Steve Harris, is to close its doors for the last time at the end of the month.
The bar was opened 20 years ago, in Santa Barbara De Nexe, Portugal. It’s famed for exhibiting Iron Maiden memorabilia from down the years, and has become a mecca for metal fans on holiday in Portugal.
No details about the reason for the bar’s closure have been released.
