Dave Grohl Has An Alley Named After Him

The former Nirvana and current Foo Fighters man is to have his own Ohio alley!
Dave Grohl is to have an alley named after him in the town of his birth. Though Grohl is often assosciated with Virginia (as he moved to Alexandria at a very young age), Grohl was actually born in Warren, Ohio. It’s here that the city council have decided to rename downtown’s Market Alley “David Grohl Alley,” after a petition started a year ago.
In honour of the dedication, the town is hosting a “Music is Art” festival all week and Grohl himself will be part of the proceedings and is alleged to have requested an acoustic guitar and two drum kits for the show itself.
