The band could have never signed with Tommy Mottola, because Bill Cain was the person who got Nantucket signed to Epic in the first place. Cain is the person who brought labels to the Pier in Raleigh to hear the band to see if they wanted to sign them or not. With the help of music lawyer Jeff Layton and manager Bill Cain Nantucket finally got signed to a major label. After all this hard work why would Cain allow the band to signed with another management company other than CMC Management.</description>
