Chris was a gift for us all, but let us not forget his wife Dawn who he loved more than anything! her life was tragicly (in a way) ended that day with her husband also., .well they are now together for all eternity!! we miss you both!!

great band, really underated, criss’s playing is at times mind blowing! my fav’s are edge of thorns and hall, but any album is worth checking out.

Criss Oliva – underrated and awesome. “Edge Of Thorns” is just a lesson for any songwriter.

That’s so true. Criss was a unique player. Powerful, aggressive but sensitive and emotional at the same time. The same basic elements can be found on Jon’s vocals. What a perfect mix they made. Every metal guitarist should check him out as well as every metal fan should check out those ‘tage classics.
