Chrome Molly Return
Chrome Molly, once hotly tipped as the new Def Leppard, are back. The Leicester band are currently working on a new album – and Classic Rock has exclusively heard one track.
We have to say the song – called Stop – sounds like prime Molly from the mid-1980s, full of ire, passion and Brit grit.
Three of those responsible for such albums as 1985′s You Can’t Have It All… Or Can You? are back – namely vocalist Steve Hawkins, guitarist John Antcliffe and bassist Nic Wastell. The new boy is drummer Greg Ellis.
Incidentally, Cherry Red are planning to reissue the aforementioned You Can’t Have It All…, packaged with follow-up Stick It Out, originally put out in 1987.
