Boston's Scholz Sues Paper

Boston’s Tom Scholz is suing a newspaper and two columnists over suggestions made by them that he played a part in the suicide of former Boston singer Brad Delp in 2007.The law suit has been taken out against The Boston Herald and writers Gayle Fee and Laura Raposa, wo ran the paper’s Inside Track column at the time.

Scholz claims that the paper and the two columnists ‘falsely suggested through headlines, content and via innuendo’ that he was in some way responsible for Delp’s death via carbon monoxide asphyxiation.
