Bonus Track Of The Day: Opeth
Opeth are to release the landmark In Live Concert At The Royal Albert Hall on September 20. And to celebrate they provide a bonus Track Of The Day. Check out all the Tracks Of The Day.
The five-disc set (two DVDs and three CDs) was filmed and recorded in April, at the Royal Albert Hall, when the Swedes played the whole of iconic album Blackwater Park, followed by a second set when the band performed a chronologically arranged selection of songs spanning the rest of their career. It also has an interview with Mikael Akerfeldt and also behind the scenes footage.
There’s also to be a limited edition box set with the two DVD discs, all the audio on four 180g vinyl LPs, packaged in two gatefold sleeves, plus a numbered lithograph, designed by Akerfeldt and the band’s long time artist Travis Smith. You’ll also be sent an email on the day of release, allowing you to download all the audio in MP3 format. Oh, and a 20-page booklet detailing the night’s events.
