The song in question is called Beach Skeleton and it has only been available before on the Japanese version of the album Black Science, released in 1997 by the band known then as Geezer.
This not only had Butler on bass, but also Pedro Howse on guitar, Clark Brown on vocals and Deen Castronovo on drums.
