Jon Bon Jovi has criticised the Guitar Hero 5 game, because it allows Kurt Cobain to sing one of Jon’s songs.
Players can make unlock the Cobain avatar and get him to sing You Give Love A Bad Name.
Jon told the BBC he isn’t impressed: “I don’t know that I would have wanted it either. To hear someone else’s voice coming out of a cartoon version of me? I don’t know. It sounds a little forced.”
The fact that Jon Bon Jovi has become a cartoon of himself these days seems to have escaped the singer.
Bon Jovi release their new album, The Circle, on November 9.

remember when bon jovi had rock credibility?
that’s right, he never did.
he’s a pretty boy in a pop band. and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.
just don’t get it twisted, like putting him on the cover of classic rock magazine, (i swear to God I’ll cancel my subscription if you do that again).
I reckon Kurt’s actually rolling in his grave at the concept of that.

So true…..but hang on a second, wtf is there a An Chovie song on GH5 – after all, they are Country & Western artists these days….
Where’s the world going to if they include Cobain in Guitar hero???!!!
The guy almost killed a whole genre with his negative and depressing music! Most overrated musician ever…
