Black Label Society: Back On The Road(runner) Again
Black Label Society have returned to the Roadrunner label for their new, as yet untitled album.
The band released their last studio record, 2006’s Shot To Hell, on Roadrunner but then announced their departure.
Now, BLS are back – at least for the UK and Europe. Recording of the album is due to start next month at mainman Zakk Wylde’s new home studio, with a release expected in September.
Says Wylde: “With the home studio I have this flexibility when inspiration hits to lay down new ideas at any time – day or night – for re-recording later. This freshness should prove inspiring – and some of these first takes might even make it on the album.”
