The Beatles are in the middle of a legal tussle between EMI and download site http://www.bluebeat.com/
The label have taken out a temporary injunction against Bluebeat, claiming that they’ve been selling Beatles tracks without permission. The fact that this website usually sells songs at about a quarter of the price others such as iTunes might have something to do with EMI’s annoyance.
