Keith: Is Karn Evil 9 related to Shumann’s Opus 9 (Carnival) and if so, what are the similarities?

Greg: You started out playing KE9 with a twin neck guitar, later a lead and then to bass, what is the story behind your changing contribution to this piece palyed live?

Carl: Keith often improvises on stage, is this tough to follow?

Keith, am I right in thinking the last split of ELP was partly due to you having composed a long form piece of music that Greg wanted to produce, but you disagreed?.
Will that piece ever see the light of day or did you use it on your last album with Marc Bonilla?.

Cant wait to see you guys again at High Voltage ..and ..erm Keith could I please meet you sometime so you can sign the cap I knicked off your head in 1992 at the Albert Hall?..Im on the Welcome Back dvd captured down the front when you had the hammond organ over the front of the stage hehehe..Ive got Carl and Gregs autographs on it and yours is missing….oh ..and sorry but you aint having it back!!!…ELP THE BEST IN THE WORLD

Keith Greg and Carl which is your favourite Album and which track from it. I have 2 Trilogy From The Beginning and Brain Salad Surgery and of course Karn Evil 9. Would be great to hear both at High Voltage.So pleased you are doing this and hope it is as good as Empire Pool Wembley in the 70s best gig ever!

I am very pleased to hear you have re-formed for the High Voltage Fest’
I hope you play a few tracks from Trilogy (my favourite album.
The full version of Tarkus from the live Ladies & Gentlemen album, is my most listened too piece of music of all time. I think its the best piece of music ever performed, sheer perfection.

Keith, you stated on EMPTY VEE one time (when E.L.Powell was on) that you weren’t a Beatle fan…I believe if it wasn’t for ‘Strawberry Fields’, I Am The Walrus’, ‘A Day In The Life’, ‘Tomorrow Never Knows’, ‘Benefit Of Mr. Kite’, etc…progressive rock wouldn’t exist, as the Beatles knocked that door open for ELP, King Crimson, Yes, Genesis, etc…you gotta at least give the credit for changing rock music…???
