Argent Announce Tour

Argent have lined up a full tour just prior to Christmas.
Having played together for the first time in over 35 years at High Voltage, the original line-up will now play:
Dec. 4: Frome Cheese & Grain
Dec 5: Southampton Brook
Dec. 7: Bilston Robin 2
Dec. 8: Leamington Spa Assembly
Dec. 11: London HMV Forum (with Martin Turner’s Wishbone Ash and Curved Air)

Full tour? Since when is 5 dates a full tour? And nothing north of Birmingham – do fans in the north not count then? I am disgusted that so many bands ignore Sheffield and never thought Argent would be one of them – I am now one very disillusioned Argent fan…

Saw the gig last night in Frome.
I saw Argent in the early 70s in Plymouth and last night was as good !! Rod looks great – and Russ has the secret of eternal youth !
