Mick’s colums are an absolute pleasure to read, he is a great guy who obviously has a lot of interesting things to tell and talk about. And yes, he is a guy just like us, down to earth and nice. I’ve met him lots of times, so I know! Mick, keep up the good work with these colums, and with your music of course!

I’ve really enjoyed these ‘blogs’ from Mick. It shows him to be a down to earth ‘rock fan’ just like the rest of us. I envy Mick…………rock fan playing rock star. In fact all the guys in Uriah Heep must be the same….. just watch their faces at a live gig, they’re all having a ball.

My good lady and I have attended shows in London at the LA2 around ‘97 and the Forum (with Dio) in ‘99 + shows in Liverpool (not too many in the crowd at that one) and Manchester (sweatbox/stuffed to the rafters) and I for one can vouch the band gave their all at each one. ‘Appy Days? – Damn right!
