Sorry guys, but there´s no Aerosmith without Steven!

Steven is irreplaceable.

i can’t believe they would even go there. no one will care about aerosmith without steven. are you guys hurting for money that bad ? form another band if you want another singer. steven is aerosmith. maybe steven should look for new a new guitarist, bassist and drummer and call it aerosmith.

Stupid….really really stupid. I hope every Aerosmith and general music fan seriously considers not attending any of thier concerts if they go through with this. Do a side project or something else,but without Tyler, it just isn’t right.

And if she won’t do it Leonard Cohen damned well will! I hear he is impeccable on Same Old Song And Dance (but his favourite song for karaoke is Whitesnake’s Slide It In)

for me Steven Tyler IS Aerosmith and i for 1 wont be buying any albums or going to see them live with out him.

Thing is, yes there is no Aerosmith without Steven (i still think Joe Perry should sing and do some shows as a 4 piece) but as was in the article from the other day, Steven Tyler has a to have some surgery and will be out for at least a year. Why cant they cincentrate on making the new (long overdue) new album, as surely Steven wont need to jump round the studio so could write and sing to record the album, then come back live with new songs and the whole band back together!
Just my opinion!

come on guys didnt we try this before with jimmy crispo and whats his name? aerosmith is aerosmith. you CAN NOT take any one member out of this band and have it sound like the true aerosmith that i grew up with. take a break , tyler will be back and it will all work out.!!!

aerosmith is only aerosmith with tyler, perry, hamilton, whitford, and kramer!!! that is who makes the music that everyone loves! you guys go together like apple pie and baseball! thats american. thats why you are americas hometown band! take some time and kiss and make up. everybody likes a little “strange” sometimes,but cmon! your the shit, so get your selves together and rock the FUCK out of this world! you 5 are AEROSMITH!
